Returns & Exchanges Defective disks Contact asiandramastore@gmail.com with "defective Order" in the subject line. Priovide this information: 1. order number and Name 2. a description of the items that you wish to return, to obtain an authorization for the return. Return the defective discs back to us within 12 days from the date of received with your order number We will test the discs and forward them to supplier for exchange. Note About Defective Disks: Since most Dramas will be played for hours to view, invest in a good head cleaner before viewing to insure smooth viewing. Most defective claims are simply your dvd player needing to be cleaned. We hope you have an enjoyable experience with your dramas. |
